Challenge
With so many burger brands, especially in the cloud kitchen space, Zap needed more than just good food. It needed a brand with attitude, one that wouldn’t get lost in the crowd.
Approach
I turned the owners’ backstory into the heart of the brand, developing a bold tone of voice and playful characters inspired by them. From naming to visuals, everything was designed to feel imperfect, relatable, and unmistakably Zap.
