Challenge
While their feed looked beautiful, it wasn’t driving sales. The products weren’t being shown clearly enough, and customers didn’t fully connect the visuals with what was being offered.
Approach
I refined the content approach by integrating product shots into the brand’s aesthetic, making the drinks and desserts look as good as the feed itself.
Cha is a matcha café known for its soft, dreamy aesthetic. I handled the graphic design and art direction for their social media posts, working to strike a better balance between visuals and product focus.
